Our Holistic Approach

Product/Process Design

It begins with a goal – What are the requirements? Is it possible? What is the cost? We consider function, operating conditions and probability of success when goal setting. Once established, a systems engineering process is utilized to apportion reliability goals to subsystems/components.

Manufacturing

Consideration is given to material and component reliability, vendor/supplier selection as well as assembly processes and process controls. We can:
